I would highly suggest clicking on the link above. I couldn’t post it directly into the post, but it is very eye opening to what may be happening in the kitchen of restaurants. Many restaurants take cheap cuts of meat and glue them together, shaping them into more expensive cuts of meat such as filet mignot and passing it off as the real deal. This is not only deceitful, but it is potentially deadly since bacteria can be introduced into the center of the meat, thriving off the glue they use. If the meat is cooked rare, then the bacteria won’t be killed.
